Pilates & Prosecco at The Barley Mow pub

Join me at the Barley Mow pub every Monday night at 6pm for an hours group mat pilates class.
Starting Monday 4th May and running every Monday after that in the garden room with a retractable roof so we can enjoy pilates all year round in the comfort of this beautiful space. 
All experience levels welcome. 
Mats will be provided but please bring a head cushion is you require one.
